‘Margo’s Got Money Troubles’ With Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer Sets Release Date, First Look

Apple TV has unveiled a first look at next year’s Margo’s Got Money Troubles.

The drama, which is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Rufi Thorpe, stars Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer as mother and daughter. It was announced in October 2024 that Parks and Recreation star Nick Offerman also joined the series. He will play Jinx, Margo’s dad. Nicole Kidman, Greg Kinnear, Michael Angarano, Thaddea Graham, Lindsey Normington, Marcia Gay Harden and Rico Nasty round out the cast.

Here is the official synopsis: “A bold, heartwarming, and comedic family drama following recent college dropout and aspiring writer, Margo (Fanning), the daughter of an ex-Hooter’s waitress (Pfeiffer) and ex-pro wrestler (Offerman), as she’s forced to make her way with a new baby, a mounting pile of bills and a dwindling amount of ways to pay them.”
